Dr. Johnny Miller has been showing dogs since Junior Showmanship in the early 1980's.
He has literally spent his entire life with Purebred Dogs. And it runs in
his blood as his sister, Jenny, is a fourth generation Pug owner. Before becoming
"hooked" on Border Terriers, much of his early experience was with Toy breeds
and Tibetan Terriers. He has either owned, co-owned or bred 66 Champions to date,
including American, Canadian, British, Mexican and International Champions.
He has owned Specialty and Group Winning dogs. His particular interest in Border
Terriers began in 1988. At that time he started building an extensive, breed-specific
library from around the world and became an earnest student of the breed.
After some trial and error in searching for a foundation, he chose stock
from the Meadowlake line and the rest is history.
